A recipe of one of my morsels...

Sugar and Spice Pecans

¼ c butter
½ c sugar
3 c pecan halves
3 T sugar
1 T cinnamon
½ t ground ginger
½ t ground nutmeg
In a 10-inch skillet melt butter; stir in pecans and ½ c sugar. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, until sugar melts and pecans brown, 8 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Stir in caramelized pecans. Spread on waxed paper; cool completely. Break clusters into individual pecans. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 3 cups.

These are a holiday favorite for my whole family.
