Here is a picture of the latest cupcakes that I made. I decorated these in a hotel room in Omaha on Friday night. The wedding colors are red and black, two colors of frosting that I refuse to make becuase the food coloring makes the frosting taste disgusting. I made white frosting and then sprayed them with a red food coloring spray, not sure I really like the effect that it gives. I made 24 roses and 24 swirled cupcakes.We also had a chocolate fountain with appropriate dippers. And I have leftovers! YUM!!!! The shower itself was ok. I was not in charge of it, I just did the food.
